Here at HanAhrt, we strongly believe that events should be something you look forward to, not something you have to stress over.
To help take the pressure off, HanAhrt offers payment plans that can be arranged directly with us for eligible bookings,
allowing you to spread the cost of your HanAhrt experience across an agreed payment schedule.
Think of it as making your fun budget a little easier to manage!
HOW HANAHRT PAYMENT PLANS WORK

Choose Your Experience
Choose the HanAhrt service, package or combination of services you'd like for your event.

Talk to HanAhrt
Fill out the Booking Enquiry & Payment Plan Request Form below to discuss your booking and let me know you would like to arrange a payment plan via bank transfer. Leading up to your event.

Agree on Your Plan
We will arrange the payment schedule and due dates that apply to your booking. (Usually this will be before the date of your booking) An invoice will then be emailed to you.

Secure Your Booking
Once the required initial payment/deposit has been received and your booking is confirmed, your date and services are secured.

Pay Over Time
Make your agreed payments by the scheduled due dates, with the final balance paid by the agreed deadline.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.

Gift Vouchers
Give the gift of a HanAhrt experience
HOW TO PURCHASE YOUR HANAHRT GIFT VOUCHER:
Simply fill out our Booking Form and select “HanAhrt Voucher” under the Add-Ons, Upgrades & Extras section.
Please include your preferred voucher amount and delivery address, along with any additional details, questions or special requests in the “Additional Information, Questions & Ideas” section, such as a personalised note or balloon gift to go along with your voucher delivery!
Once your enquiry is received, I’ll be in touch as soon as possible to confirm your voucher details, finalise your purchase and arrange delivery.
VALIDITY:
HanAhrt Gift Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue.
WHAT HANAHRT VOUCHERS CAN BE USED FOR:
Vouchers can be redeemed toward eligible HanAhrt services, including but not limited to face painting, balloon twisting, balloon decorations/gifts, equipment hire, HanAhrt Character appearances, hosted party games, roaming performers + more!
USING A HANAHRT VOUCHER:
The voucher value will be applied toward the total cost of any chosen eligible service/s. If the service/s cost more than the voucher value, the remaining balance can be paid by another accepted payment method.
Where supported by the system, any remaining voucher balance may be retained for future use until the voucher's expiry date.
CASH REDEMPTION:
Gift Vouchers are not intended to be exchanged for cash, except where required by New Zealand law.
All redemptions are subject to service availability and HanAhrt's standard booking terms.
